Read with Ranil is a national youth engagement initiative organized by the Smart UNP Unit of the National Youth Front of the United National Party. This programme offers young Sri Lankans a unique opportunity to engage with decades of leadership, policy experience, and nation-building insight of H.E. Ranil Wickremesinghe. Through structured reading, dialogue, and reflection, participants are encouraged to explore governance, economic reform, democratic institutions, and the responsibilities of national leadership. “Read with Ranil” is not merely a discussion platform. It is a leadership development pathway designed to cultivate informed, thoughtful, and responsible young leaders who are prepared to contribute meaningfully to Sri Lanka’s future. “Read with Ranil” is structured around four foundational pillars that guide youth engagement in policy, governance, and nation-building.
